WHAT IS RE:SET?
AMRAP RE:SET is a 8 week body transformation program designed to break through barriers, reset your habits, and create lasting, sustainable change.

Unlike other “Transformation” and “Challenge” programs, our small group format ensures you’ll never feel lost. You’ll receive personalized 1:1 support with our trainer to help you achieve lasting results.
8-week commitment
Through our experience working with over 240 individuals over the past three years, we've found that 8 weeks is the ideal timeframe for achieving optimal results.
PERSONALISED PROGRAM
You'll start with a comprehensive assessment to create your personalized program, including nutritional guidance and a tailored AMRAP Training class attendance plan.
3 evolt bodyscans
You'll receive three Evolt body scans, providing a detailed breakdown of your body composition and tracking your progress along the way.
weekly check ins
You'll have weekly check-ins with our trainer to keep you on track, stay motivated, and make any necessary adjustments for the best results.

Week 1: Meal Prep
Week 2: Steps – 10,000/day
Week 3: Hydration – 3–4L/day
Week 4: Sleep & Hydration
Week 5: Recovery
Week 6: Mindset (build positive habits)
Week 7: Consistency (stay locked in)
Week 8: Finish Strong (push hard and celebrate wins)
