Our 12-Week HYROX Melbourne Training Program (starting Saturday, 27th September) is designed to take the guesswork out of your preparation. Led by expert coaches who have completed 10+ HYROX races and coached dozens of athletes to their first-ever singles, doubles, and relay events, this program guarantees you'll be race-ready.

HOW TO JOIN?

HYROX Upfront Program – 12 weeks of structured training to prepare you for HYROX Melbourne.
Casual Passes – Drop into our HYROX-specific sessions on Tuesdays and Saturdays with a 5 or 10 class pass.
AMRAP memberships – Join AMRAP Training for full access to all of our strength, conditioning, and HYROX sessions.
